We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend visiting a local 99 Bikes store for a professional fitting or contacting our support team with your height and inseam measurements.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes shipped directly to your home are 85% assembled for safety during transit. You will need to install the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. We provide tools and instructions, or you can choose 'Click & Collect' for free professional assembly at any of our locations.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Bicycles must be in new, unridden condition with all original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that require professional inspection upon return.
Does my new bike come with a warranty?
Yes, every bike purchased from 99 Bikes comes with a full manufacturer's warranty on the frame and components. Additionally, we offer a complimentary first service within the first 3 months to ensure your ride stays in peak condition.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. For bulky items like bikes and indoor trainers, please allow an additional 2 days for specialized freight handling.
